Welcome! We look forward to meeting you for your scheduled rental showing. Please review the following instructions to ensure a smooth arrival and meeting at the site management office.

Location to meet your agent:
• Building Address: 99 Agnes Street, Mississauga, ON
• Site Management / Rental Office: Located within the building.

Parking:
• Visitor parking is available in front of the building in the round-about area or at the rear of the building in designated visitor parking spaces.
• Ensure you adhere to any parking signs or restrictions in the visitor area.

Arrival and Check-In:
1. Upon parking in the visitor parking area, enter the building's main entrance located on the west side of the building off of Agnes Street.
2. Proceed to the site management office inside the building. You can buzz the rental office on the intercom in the foyer using code 8888.
3. Once inside, turn left at the elevators, proceed through the first door on your right and follow the hallway until you see the management office on your left-hand side. The management office will be clearly marked as the “Rental Office”.
4. Meet with the property manager or agent, who will assist you with the rental tour.

Building Details:
• The building is located on the north side of Agnes Street.
• The front door entrance is on the west side of the building.
