Welcome! We look forward to meeting you for your scheduled rental showing. Please review the following instructions to ensure a smooth arrival and meeting at the site management office.

Please note that the Lake Promenade Community is a five-building complex with a central management office for viewings.

Location to meet your agent:
• Building Address: 21 Park Boulevard, Toronto, ON
• Site Management / Rental Office: Located within the building.

Parking:
• Visitor parking is available on the east side of the building.
• Please park in the visitor parking area, which is clearly marked.
• Ensure you adhere to any parking signs or restrictions in the visitor area.

Arrival and Check-In:
1. Upon parking in the visitor parking area, enter the building's main entrance located on Park Boulevard.

2. Proceed to the site management office inside the building. You can buzz the rental office on the intercom in the foyer using code 3000.

3. Once inside, turn right at the elevators and follow the signs for the management office. The management office will be located on your left hand side clearly marked as the “Rental Office”

4. Meet with the property manager or agent, who will assist you with the rental tour.

Building Details:
• The building is located on the south side of Park Boulevard.
• If you are coming from a different direction, please make sure to approach from Park Boulevard, and the entrance will be on the south side of the street.
