When arriving at our complex, you are welcome to park in the visitor’s parking lot at the 50 Cordova Ave. Building. We will provide your vehicle information to our security detail so that your vehicle is properly registered for the duration of your apartment tour.

Along Mabelle Avenue, you will see a wheelchair accessible ramp, for your convenience, as well as a short flight of stairs welcoming you to our community’s outside courtyard. From the courtyard, please make your way inside to the central promenade area which is the main corridor connecting the 24 Mabelle and 50 Cordova Ave. towers.

Once inside, there will be plenty of signage that will direct you to our Rental Office also located in the promenade area. Once you have arrived at the Rental Office, you will meet our expert Leasing Agents who will be happy to assist in exploring our range of suites and building features with you!
