Location to meet your agent:
• Building Address: 33 Holly Street, Toronto, ON
• Site Management / Rental Office: Located within the building.

Parking:
• Visitor parking is available in front of the building in the round-about area.
• Ensure you adhere to any parking signs or restrictions in the visitor area.

Arrival and Check-In:
1. Upon parking in the visitor parking area, enter the building's main entrance located on Holly Street.

2. Proceed to the site management office inside the building. You can buzz the rental office on the intercom in the foyer using code 540.

3. Once inside, turn left towards the elevators and you will see the management office in a hallway across from the elevators. The management office will be clearly marked as the “Rental Office”.

4. Meet with the property manager or agent, who will assist you with the rental tour.

Building Details:
• The building is located on the east side of Holly Street.
• Please note to enter the round-about from the south entrance and not the north entrance of the round-about.
