Your Tour at Highpoint Barrie – Directions & Arrival Guide

Welcome to Highpoint Barrie! We’re excited to show you around. Here’s everything you need to know about getting here:

By Car: Visitor parking is available at the back of the building. If the first row is full, additional visitor parking spots can be found in the far back corner of the lot. Visitor parking spots are the spaces with no numbers on them.

By Transit:

Bus 8A: Kozlov at Cundles
Bus 8B: Cundles at Kozlov

Upon Arrival: Enter through the front doors and use the touchscreen intercom to call us via the "Call Reception" button, or dial code #1000 and press "Call". Our leasing team will answer and open the door for you. The rental office is immediately to the right.

Alternatively, there is an entrance off the parking lot at the back of the building. Dial 1000 from the intercom keypad, and a team member will meet you and escort you to the rental office.

Please call us from the building panels for entry and not from a personal cell phone. The panels allow us to open the door for you.
